Mission Statement

We are a group of psychotherapists with a range of training backgrounds who all have one thing in common- we are passionate about helping people who have experienced psychological trauma. This is why we have created this community interest company to encourage healing in Greater London and beyond.

We offer a trauma focused service that recognises the link between psychological trauma and mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Through trauma focused interventions we aim to facilitate healing and resource our clients so they can effectively negotiate stress in the future.

We offer one to one and group psychotherapeutic support as well as community based workshops

that are tailored to your individual needs. We cover subjects such as trauma psychoeducation, mindfulness, self-development and group therapy. We also offer corporate packages so please send us an enquiry for more information.

Our team are available for community based workshops and tailor made trainings as well as 1:1 and group psychotherapy sessions in response to traumatic events in the community. We also offer online therapy to add flexibility.
